7. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
NestIQ Inc. is not liable for investment losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
